PRIVATE INTRODUCTION ASSESSMENT
£45 USUALLY £60/£70
Includes;
1 Private introduction Assessment in our State of the Art Pilates Studio using whatever equipment is required for the client in the session.
This can consist of The Pilates Reformer, Cadillac, Barrels, Chairs, Pediople, Hand Weights and Matwork.
This is ideal for those who are either intrigued by Pilates and what we can offer and those looking for a start in some rehabilitation on an injury or prior or post surgery. Please get in contact with us to discuss if you have any questions.
Once you have completed the assessment we will make our recommendations and discuss with you prior to becoming a member of The Body Suite.
