What people are saying

‘My Osteopath recommended me to take up Pilates...I tried out another Pilates class which was very unsatisfactory. I was a complete beginner and at the back of a class of 30 with no hands on instruction. Someone recommended me the Body Suite and I’ve not looked back since starting going to classes there. Great teachers, fun, all ages and mixed sex classes. I really appreciate the small classes and the teachers are both hands on and make sure we are doing the exercises properly. Most importantly my back is 100% improved since I started going to the classes a couple of years ago. Also really impressed how they have adjusted to the current lockdown and been able to keep the classes going on line! Well done everyone at the Body Suite Studio.’
